TLDR : Answer Summary
The O-X visa application requires a file upload for the Biography section, which typically asks for a passport-style picture. There was some confusion among users about the application process, whether it's through the online eVisa system or at a consulate.

is this using the online eVisa system or are you applying at a consulate with documents or what?

@Eric *******
I'm just curious, did you use the online eVisa system for your OX or did you apply with documentation at a consulate in your country?
