Hey borg

Has anyone who has gotten a non immigrant type B visa as applied online recently via the Rome Thai consulate?

We are trying to determine how long it has been taking so that we can book flights.

We are a Brit (type B) and US (type O) couple.with a 3 year old.

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Brit and a US citizen with a 3-year-old are trying to find out the average processing time for a Non-Immigrant Type B visa applied online via the Thai consulate in Rome. They currently live in Cyprus and are unsure which consulate will handle their application, as Cyprus does not have visa processing. They are looking for insights from others who might have recently gone through the same application process.

Not sure what Thai consulate will handle it as there is no visa processing in Cyprus

Possibly Athens or Rome I believe

it looks like it will be Rome. So I'd edit your post to ask if anyone has applied for a non-B through the evisa system using the embassy in Rome recently.

What embassy/consulate will you apply through? That's the biggest factor and can't answer your question without that information.
