Hi again,

I applied for Single entry Tourist Visa, staying at my girlfriends (not official spouse) house. Vienna Thai Embassy wants "an invitation letter from the accommodation sponsor". Are there any special reqirements for the Invitation letter?

Can it be written by me in English? Printed in TH, signed and returned to me as a picture?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Single Entry Tourist Visa at the Thai Embassy in Vienna, you need an invitation letter from your accommodation sponsor. This letter should be written by your girlfriend, including her name, address, and the dates you are invited to stay. It is also advisable to attach a copy of her Thai ID card. You can write the letter in English, but make sure it's printed and signed by her, and a picture of it could be acceptable.

Each embassy has their own requirements but generally an invitation letter should be written from your gf stating their name, address and dates they are inviting you to stay. Probably best to add a copy of their Thai ID card as well.

I have no idea of the Vienna rules but I’m guessing that should suffice.

I sent them a signed copy of district card and signed copy of house book in the first place. Not sufficient this time!
