What should I know about filling out the TDAC regarding multiple accommodations in Thailand?

I did my first TDAC last September no issues pretty straight forward . This time I’m staying at a few different places I don’t remember there being like additional Boxs for address 1 address 2 address 3 etc or am I wrong I’ll be picking the gf up in Pattaya day 1 then going to Koh Samet for 4/5 days then back to Pattaya for 12 days ? TIA

Travelers should enter only the first location they will stay at, as per previous arrival card regulations. Although it's generally not required, immigration may ask for proof of your entire travel itinerary and confirmed bookings if they deem it necessary.

Be aware though: immigration CAN require you to (on arrival) to present the full plan of stay with confirmed bookings. But if you dont have a lot questionable travel history to Thailand they will not ask for that.

Do you need any services from Thai Immigration? If not, just ignore address paper (TM30) and enjoy your holidays.

Such a box does not exist. You put the first place that you'll be staying at, same as the old paper arrival card that the TDAC replaced.
