TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant O multiple entry visa allows you to enter Thailand multiple times, each stay lasting up to 90 days. To maintain your visa status, you can leave and re-enter Thailand just before the end of each 90-day period, until the visa's validity date. At the airport, show your visa during check-in and at immigration.

Not sure what rules you like to know, but you print out the visa, show on request at check in, show at Immigration at airport in Thailand. You will get a admitted until stamp with a period of 90 days and just before the last day you leave the country and come back for another 90 days, You can do this until the valid until date mentioned on the visa.

Thanks Robert, perfect .. so I do have to do border runs ? Are there limits to number of times I can exit and leave within the 12 months I’ve been allocated ?

There is no limit as your visa is Multiple entry, each and every entry made before the valid until date gives you 90 days of stay.

Just as tip: Make a border run just before the valid until date to have 90 day stay, so you utilize the visa till the max.
