Tm.47 no option to choose visa

Hi everyone, I filled out my tm.47 but there’s no option to input my visa. I have already done my first report and my tm30 should be up to date.

Any info on this? Sorry if this is a common issue, I can’t find any answers online or in this group or I’m just not searching the right keywords maybe.
Answer summary
A user expressed confusion about the TM.47 form, as there is no field to enter visa information. Other users clarified that the online TM.47 system does not require visa details; it verifies eligibility based on passport information. They pointed out that if the user's passport has been recently renewed, they must report in person at the immigration office to update their records before using the online system again. It's recommended to keep communication open with local immigration for updates and changes.

Thank you, everyone, for your support.

Please remember, when you get a new passport, you need to contact your local office to update your information to be able to report 90 days online again.

why would you want a field that is not there? A visa is an entry permission. You now have a permission to stay.

i had sent like 5 and they all got instantly rejected due to visa type not being selected, maybe because I renewed my passport?

YES THAT'S IT 😊 I just got a new passport and asked my local immi why my online tm47 was rejected and was told to come in person with my new and old passport. The tm47 is linked to the passport so a tm47 with a new passport is the first registration and has to done in person 👍😊

, online TM.47 doesn't support changing passports. You need to do a 90 day report with a new passport at the immigration office in person once. Then you can do it online again.

, This is the part of the pop-up window shown when you click "90 days online notification" on the immigration bureau website.

It is hard to find answers to something that is just not there.

No questions about visa, no option to fill in your visa, not need to explain your visa.

you are 90 days in Thailand, nothing more then that.

There is no field for visa information on the online TM.47 system. The system checks your eligibility for a 90-day report from the information in your passport number, name, etc.
