Hi,

I'm about to do my 90-day report via the app (Immigration eServices), but ran into the following problem:

Providing the Arrival Card Number (TM6) is mandatory, however, I did not get the card when flying into Thailand - I remember it finally got canceled this year.

How did you report without this number? Is the only solution to report in person?

TIA!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing an issue completing their 90-day report via the Immigration eServices app due to the mandatory Arrival Card Number (TM6) requirement, which they do not have because it was canceled. Community members suggest using the new website for filing as it does not require the TM6 number. It's mentioned that the eServices app is no longer suitable for this purpose. Furthermore, users note the process involving two confirmation emails after submitting the report online, clarifying that approval is not immediate.

What is a TM6? How and where do you get that, and what is it for?

, arrival/departure card. Currently suspended for air travelers. You don’t need one if you came in Thailand by air.

remember you get TWO emails from them. The first email only says you successfully SUBMITTED a report using the online process and gives you a PDF of a partially filled out TM47 form as your receipt that you APPLIED for a 90 day report online.

It is not approved OR rejected until you get the second email which with either say approved and have a PDF of your 90 day report receipt (the paper with the date your next report is due) or it'll say rejected..

Yes, got both e-mails and downloaded the receipt online (once it showed "approved" under status)! Thanks!

, make sure you got email that says “APPROVED” in the mail subject, not just says “received”. You would receive these 2 emails from the system after you submit the report.

“Received” mail is the one you got just after submit your report, to let you know your report was stored in the system successfully. “Approved” takes a bit longer.

Also check the report status on the system to make sure it shows “approved” as well.

After your report successfully approved, you can find your TM47 / 90days report receipt same style to the one you do in person in the PDF. And you are supposed to bring this receipt with your passport.

The eSrvices ap has the TM6 mandatory so you can't use that app to file 90 day reporting anymore

you have to use the new website

It is NOT mandatory on it

thank you so much! There is another problem though with this website (and the reason why I use the app usually): I cannot log in using my credentials -- I'm guessing the captcha is broken. Even when clicking "forgot password?" and entering my e-mail address and the captcha, it errors.

You have to register to new website from scratch
