ORIGINAL POSTER
Has anyone else had this problem and perhaps a solution? My Non B expires on 22nd Feb, so my new visa and permit (new job) needs to be cancelled by 17th latest. Someone has registered my work permit online with an unknown username and password, director of company has tried to reset it on the Thai ID site, but an OTP is going to an unknown number. This is a nightmare, without being able to change the password my work permit can’t be cancelled, whoever did this decided to do it rogue and not tell anyone, we suspect the accountancy firm did it, but they being as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Please no suggestions of border runs as that’s not possible as I’m a single mum and I only have 4 months left on my passport. Any suggestions as to how to reset the password urgently?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing an urgent issue with their Non B visa, which expires soon. They cannot cancel their work permit due to it being registered online with an unknown account, and are unable to reset the password since an OTP is being sent to an unknown phone number. They suspect their accountancy firm might be involved and are seeking urgent advice on how to resolve this problem. Comments suggest reaching out to the local labor office or the ministry of labor for assistance.
