Hi I have some questions about work permit and Non B visa

So on December 12 I bought a small business. I am the main director and have 4 Thai staff. My girlfriend is helping me to run it. But her name is not on the owner papers. Also I have not got a work permit yet. I haven't needed it. She does the work.

I have a 3 month Non B visa now valid until march as seen in the picture. But I need to return to Canada soon to work as bills are mounting there. And the income from the business is not enough for me to stay too much longer. Especially after paying out the money for the business. It's only a side thing for me and my girlfriend to make a little income and I can stay longer.

I have this stamp in my passport. Does anyone know if I can ask for a permit to leave. And then just renew the non B visa from Canada before I return in a few months.

Or do I have to make the work permit and 1 year non B visa before I leave? And return before it expires?
