TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported an issue with incorrect nationality information on the Mor Phrom app following vaccination. Community responses suggested visiting a public hospital with identification to rectify the nationality error. Additionally, some users recommended contacting the hospital where the vaccinations were administered, as they resolved similar issues promptly.

It happened to me also, actually after the 2 doses everything was fine and then after my booster shot, it registered as i was thai , my gf called back the hospital and everything was fixed within a few hours.

Just go to a public hospital with your passport.

it is a public health record listed in the Thai health system using your "pseudo" ID number starting with
*****
xxxxxxxxx

That number (on your vax record) links you to all Thai public hospitals.

If you ever go to buy an international vaccination passport, they are able to change it there.
