What should I enter as my leaving date on the Thai pass for a tourist visa, and how should I upload my vaccination certificate?

Hi, couple of questions if anybody could help with.

1. I'm aiming to spend 74 days in Thailand. I have a 60 day tourist visa and then extending it. When filling in Thai pass it asks arrival date and approximate leaving date. Do I put a leaving date in the 60 day visa or my intended leaving date which will be in the extended visa.

2. Filling in the Thai pass where you upload vacation certificate of two doses, they are both on one certificate. Do you have to separate them and then upload or just upload the certificate both times. Only asking because my name won't appear on both if I cut and paste them separately. Cheers

My three jabs are on one cert with a QR code, I just uploaded the same one 3 times. I think use the Kiss principle.

One QR code is normal. Place the QR code twice…once for the first dose and same code again for the second dose. Remember the code shows two doses. So use the same code for both.

Thai pass is for entry into Thailand. It should match what you are legally allowed. If you enter visa exempt (put 30days) Tourist visa put (60days) If you enter days exceeding your allotted stay the A.I. bot will probably reject it and pass it on for further review. Just my opinion 🤷

I was told the QR code contains all information relating to you. Be interesting to hear if it doesn't. Seems a lot if people only upload the cropped QR code

Take a photo of the two together and use that so as not to lose your name on the image etc.
