What should I do if I encounter issues with the Thim app for TDAC and need to complete my application before my flight to Thailand?

I didn't make it very far on Thim app for my TDAC. When clicking next on the first question when entering the app, it says it is unavailable.
I have another twenty four hours until my flight leaves for thailand, so i guess I will keep trying. Any advice or suggestions?

I avoid using my smartphone for ANYTHING other than phone calls or texts if I can. That and an occasional mindless game app that I can play while I'm waiting at a doctor's office. LOL
And on the rare occasion I need to look something up on the internet. And most apps I've seen don't work very well anyway.
