What should I do if my photo is rejected by the Thai e-visa site for guideline violations even though it appears fine?
Hi. Has anyone else experienced a problem when uploading their photo to the uk Thai e-visa site with it saying that the photo may fail their guidelines as there must be no other person or object in the photo - even though there isn't?? Did anyone press on despite this message and still get the visa approved? Does anyone have a fix? I have tried 3 different photos and the same feedback has been given for all 3. Thanks

They rejected mine fist time, too much background. Told me my face had to take up 75% of the photo. I just trimmed the background down, and it was accepted.

I had the same warning, I just ignored it, no issue.

I had that with a passport application, full white background was required and it was. However change the full white background and add just a little transparent colour and it passed. Try that.
