I have gone through the process only problem I had i tried to do it on my phone got to payment no further used laptop no problems

Just did mine yesterday although I did not have the same problem- I got boxes greying out so could not fill and other issues I had not had on previous applications - I resolved by telling AI the visa I was applying for and the problems I encountered - the AI gave solutions and if fix was to complex ie writing over code I asked for easier solutions which it provided. So might be worth telling The AI the problem and see if it can tell you what info they are asking for and where/how to input it. Hope this helps and you get your visa sorted okay.

OK it's the reference number for your application. Start date = when you started your application...end date= the date you are submitting it. With mine I started it on Sept1, finished it and ready to submit on Sept2. That's why it won't let you put end date next month or the month after. I tried putting flight dates. Tried putting passport dates and nothing worked but your reference # from whichever embassy + start and finish application works and you will get an email to say it has been received.

You do not need to do anything if you have received an email saying you paid successful, just wait 15-20 min and then refresh the page or check your email.

If you have paid,you get a email, to say payment approvals

Type in a flight code for your expected travel date and then end date 89 days later is what I put in for mine.

I gott all the way to submit but no ref number, seccond try I gut to having ref number but could not submit.

Ready to summit means that you didn't send the fille form because you are ready to so not made

It's looking your booking ref number of your flight , start date is when you arrive and date when you leave
