Maybe try different programme rather than Chrome or Firefox, try Internet Explorer and vice versa. Or change from tablet or PC.

I'm not sure they can help you as Hull cannot issue O-A visas so have nothing to do with them

BTW...have you called about the joint bank account qualifying for your O-A visa financial requirements? From other posts the gentleman at Hull Thai Consulate is very friendly and chats by phone and emails.
