Sorry to bother with yet a tm30 related question.

I (my wife) registered using the app 4 days ago now. I know people are waiting weeks and even months for the email with username and password, but what about the email to "please confirm email address". Shouldn't that come fairly quick? In the app when checking status it says it's already sent. Have checked inbox and spam.. Nothing. Also of course double checked the email address is correct in the registration.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about a delayed email confirmation after registering for TM30 through the app, noting that they have not received the confirmation email despite the app indicating it has been sent. They express concern about the backlog of applications at the immigration office, which could cause delays in processing and communications.

Yes we send picture of her ID, and pages 1 and two of the blue book (house page and the page with her name)

Your wife did sent some documents with the application, somehow Immigration likes to know if these documents are genuine and correct,. Sending the house ownership of the house 4 blocks down the road does not benefit the system of knowing where the people live.

Okay thanks

, just assumed that it was an automated mail. I guess never assume anything here ;) I am covered with tm30 for now. And dont need to travel in the near future. Will wait and see.

There are over 5.000 applications in back log, this means people applied and the Immigration staff did not have time to handle these applications and send emails and later the temporary passwords and user names. Patience is needed, the last message from Immigration is at we try to answer all within 1 week. I hope your wife did make the report already in person, and if you do not travel in the next few days relax and wait for the mail or let your wife call the number mentioned on the website under the registration page and ask if they can give you a quicker service.
