Answer summary
The user is experiencing an issue with their online OA Retirement Visa application to the Thai Embassy in the UK, where the status remains 'Pending Payment' after making a payment. Other users commented that this might indicate a payment issue, suggesting the user check for an email receipt and try a different payment method if declined. Some mentioned their payments went through immediately, plus possible delays in processing.

Seems odd, unless your card was declined. Are you in the UK, as you can only apply for that visa in your home country, and you must physically be there

For some reason your payment did not go through so you need to try again and if possible have a second card ready just in case
