Had everything lined up for the DTV, waiting for stocks/investment release for the last piece of the jigsaw. Booked ready for the weekend in time for 30 day extension to finish. Email just arrived and due to various reasons the funds cannot be released for another year. I will have to reconsider my options

Seen a few investment companies/properties go into administration over the years. Some take a long long time to realise anything and it isn’t usually much < 10% of initial capital returned
