TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for the 90-day report in Thailand typically requires the first report to be done in person at a local immigration office. However, subsequent reports may be filed online between 14 days to 7 days before the due date. Users have shared their experiences, with one mentioning successful online submission in Phuket and another providing the official website link for online filing.

That's very uncommon. Usually the first one after each entry must be done in person.

You have to do your first one, after every entry, in person at your local immigration office.
