Can I submit my husband's 90-day report in Thailand, or does he need to go in person?

ORIGINAL POSTER
90 Day for spouse

We have done our 90 day report online since 2 years now. But now we moved ( Landlord already registered us with the new adress).

We know that we have to do our next 90 day report in person for one time, than we can request online again.

BUT can I do the report for my husband or must he also go in person. I know that this was possible, but maybe the rule have changed.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they can file their husband's 90-day report in Thailand after moving to a new address, noting they have previously completed the process online. It is confirmed that the rules have not changed, allowing the user to report for their husband without a Power of Attorney. However, they will need to ensure all required documents are prepared based on their local immigration office's requirements.

You can report "in person" by mailing your 90 day report documents but this must be sent exactly 15 days before the due date

Rules about that have not changed. You can do a 90-day report for him, no POA. Other required documents vary hugely by office. Some offices ask for only an original passport. Some require you to present some documents in addition to the filled TM47 form. Check with your local office.
