Hi, I will do my 90 day report this week. Is booking through the attached website necessary/mandatory, or just an option?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus in the comments is that booking an appointment for the 90-day report through the specified website is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended as it can significantly streamline the process. Some users have shared their experiences that booking an appointment reduces wait times, while others have noted that walk-ins may encounter long waits.

Be aware that all the appointment times for the next week may already be booked. I had to book for next week.

If sitting in a car park far away from any food service for several hours is your forte, just turn up. If you want to be in and out in 30 minutes make a booking. My personal experience!

Sending the documents per registered mail works well

To my knowledge, if you are in Bangkok, you do not NEED to use this system, however it speeds up the process greatly.
