What does the message 'Please select your completed visa application with the same ‘Submit to’ only' mean when submitting a visa application?

Please select your completed visa application with the same ‘Submit to’ only.

Does anyone know what this means? I have been unable to submit my VISA application because when I select my completed application to submit and pay this message comes up and blocks me from going any further.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is encountering a message while trying to submit their visa application that states 'Please select your completed visa application with the same ‘Submit to’ only.' They are asking for clarification on this issue, as the message prevents them from proceeding to submission and payment. Comments suggest providing more context, such as the country or embassy involved, as well as sharing screenshots or trying different devices or browsers to resolve the issue.

A lot of people have had issues with submitting it. Try it from your phone, computer, or switching browser.

Thank you! I have switched browsers with no luck. But today I will try with a different computer. It sucks, but I am glad that this problem is not just mine. I have contacted the embassy in LA, but they just say they don't know what the problem is.

Yeah embassy is useless for most things unfortunately. Thailand and technology don't go hand in hand, everything online is always a problem.

Just keep trying, try a different browser (chrome, safari, internet explorer). Someone just had this issue 2 days ago, if you scroll through you should see it, maybe they found a different solution.

May want to add screenshot or video depicting how you get to this point.

Thank you! Maybe if I just describe it - I completed my application as per the instructions. At the end, it gives me the option to confirm my information. I do so. Then it has a blue button that says "Submit Now". I select that as well. The place where this message comes up is when I return to the E-Visa dashboard. I select the application (the status is Ready to Submit) and then this message. I cannot move past it to submit or pay.

back in April I had to get my GF (in Thailand) to actually upload and process my docs for the CoE. Tried everything. People seemed to be having more issues with CoE back then than actually the Evisa. Maybe more people are actually applying now hence the possible strain on the way the system is setup. I swear nearly every Thailand gov app or website I’ve ever used had some fatal flaw or is inoperable in its design!!

might be a problem to do with their payment processor if you can’t progress to the payment tab. Looks like others have suggested using another browser, which would be my next suggestion. Or it could have something to do with the appointment calendar before you actually get to the payment part. Have no idea why they even have you go through the bs of selecting an appointment when you’re not actually going there but this is Thailands process sooo.

Sorry don’t know the answer, but you might want to clarify what country/embassy website you are trying this from.
