TLDR : Answer Summary
Users have reported mixed successes with the 90-day immigration report submission through the eService app and online portal. The submissions can be made 15 days before the due date and upon approval, the status will indicate "90 day report approved." If users face challenges, various troubleshooting steps are suggested, such as ensuring correct information entry, turning off pop-up blockers, and checking settings related to browsers and VPNs. In cases where the online system fails, it's recommended to file the report in-person at the local immigration office.

I'm going to close commenting. The 90 day report works for some people, doesn't work for others. If it doesn't work for you, either follow my advice above, or file it in the local immigration office.
Thank you .

Yesterday, I went to Chiang Mai Immigration to do my 90 day report. There was a sign that said the 90 day online report is currently not working.
Check precisely the conditions. I'm doing it online without any issue for a few years already.

This application is commonly used for the 90 day report. You can submit your 90 day report 15 days prior up to the due date, and if it is approved, it will say "90 day report approved".
If it doesn't work, then you can try one of the following three programs:
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND youâre between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure youâre filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If youâre using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If youâre using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isnât automatically filling in the forms.
9. Make sure you arenât confusing âOâ(Oh) with â0â (zero)
10. If youâre keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box
If the system still doesnât work, then you may need to file it in person.
