Seem to have a problem.

Got my letter for applying for ED Visa in Ho Chi Minh. Already paid for my flight leaving in several hours, but just found out that I need a visa to enter. I’m on my last day of stay (30 day extension) in Thailand. 

Dutch passport

What do I do? Is there any smarter choice other than doing an ‘urgent visa on arrival’ online for 50USD extra and just staying at Saigon airport until it’s finished and I can cross the I/O? Perhaps not totally thai visa related but it concerns overstay within Thailand
