What should I do if I lose my application on the Thai e-visa site due to technical issues?
We'll more problems with the e-visa site. After working on it for hours, I pressed saved. Opened my application today and all was lost. Filled it out again today, but it stopped uploading my documents and when I had enough of that crap, I pressed save and a message came up (Unable to complete your request.) all lost again.
Answer summary
A user experienced repeated issues with the Thai e-visa website, losing their application after multiple attempts. Comments indicated the website would be down for updates on the 30th, which had not been clearly communicated to users. There were suggestions to be aware of the Buddhist calendar's full moon cycles that can affect processing times.

Not trying to be funny but keep an eye on the moon cycles. Full moons are quite significant in the Buddhist calendar and there are very often government and bank holidays at the full moon which can delay you unexpectedly if you’re not aware.

OPThanks. Would have been nice to put a warning message on the site.

Both the E-visa website and embassies have announced that it would be going down for the entire day of the 30th. So you waited too long and now the website will be down for 24 hours. They're updating the requirements for the DTV to match the new regulations starting when it comes back up on the 31st.
