How can I compress my documents for a Thai e-visa application under 3MB size limit?

I will be in Thailand from July 22nd to September 6th. As you know, the visa-exemption period is being reduced from 60 to 30 days. Although the 60-day rule is still currently valid, I want to apply for a Thai e-visa just in case it drops to 30 days by the time I travel.

I have all my documents completely ready. However, the Thai e-visa application has a very restrictive file size limit (3MB), and I cannot upload all of my documents. I tried using PDF compression methods, but it's still not enough. Does anyone have any experience or information on how to solve this? I would appreciate any help.

Don't need. if the law will apply before, you will go to immigration to extend 30 days = 60 days

You will arrive on 22nd June. The new law of 30 days will take 15 days after being issued to be in effect. So I feel there is no need for the e visa. I myself my flight is on 26th June and applied for it but ten days ago.

I had a similar problem I was scanning the doc's, saving and upload but all too large. In the end I done everything on my laptop, email the photo to my self, draged to e-visa and it worked

I am on the verge to apply for TReVisa too, and i saw the cap limit of 3MB/file, i wonder if the JPEG files are acceptable for a 5MP resolution? I.e photo ID, photo of passport ID, photo of my printed booking tickets (yes, they do come in pdf sent via email but the size is way above 3MB), photo of scanned hotel reservation, etc...everything is JPEG and at 5 megapixel (or maybe 10 megapixel) just to comply with the upload limit.

Could you screen shot it then also reduce the size with a photo compresion guess its your bank statements as nothing else is big but i actually only just send the last month not 3 months worth and you have time if they ask for more then you just send the others

Just check if the online form accepts PDF because some parts of the application forms ask for JPEG PNG etc. Also, you may need to rescan documents.

No need !  If and I say if because they have been saying that for a long while now you can get an extension with a 30 minute visit to the government office and yes I’ve done it before just get there right before it opens
