Im hoping someone can help me...after 5 hrs finally got on to site(dont ask)..ive put all personal details in up to income....but now its not letting me move on to next...any advice...dont think ive missed anything...id be deeply grateful

It's because the evisa sytem is flawed , wants to much useless info and tourists are simply going elsewhere in the region.

Think found problem passport bio was hide behind something...so just need to resize photo to 3mb...appreciated

Paul Walker make sure you triple check the personal info page that propagates the data read by the OCR that scans your biodata upload. It's notorious for misreading and placing info in the wrong field.

When you upload documents make sure that you also save before moving on to the next section. This could be your problem.
