TLDR : Answer Summary
If you forgot to inform immigration about your DTV visa upon re-entering Thailand, leading them to mistakenly stamp a visa exemption, you need to correct the situation. Ideally, you should return to the airport where you entered to resolve the error. If that is not feasible, you can attempt to fix the entry stamp at your local immigration office. It's advisable to keep a printed copy of your DTV visa in your passport and to check your stamps carefully when receiving your passport back.

you could try to get your entry stamp corrected at a local Thai Immigration Office, but more often than not, you will have to go back to whichever airport you made entry into Thailand with and had made an incorrect entry stamp....

If you are not close to the airport where you entered you could try going to your local immigration office to see if they will correct the stamp for you. If not you’ll have to travel back to that airport and have them fix the stamp.

Print out your DTV visa as instructed and keep it in your passport. Always check your stamp when your passport is handed back to you.

Airport if close by or your local Immigration Office where you are registered on your TM30. These things do happen with all sorts of visas.
