TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is facing a challenge in submitting required documents for a Thai visa application (DTV) as they do not possess their previous passport. The community response suggests communicating with the embassy, providing all pages of the current passport, and including a cover letter explaining the absence of the previous passport. It highlights the importance of clarity in such situations to avoid potential rejection of the application.

You don't have much of a choice, send all the pages of your current passport and write a cover letter explaining you don't have your old passport anymore. Have you previously lived here with an Ed visa or non immigrant?
