Submitted my DTV request this morning. My request is routing through Thai Embassy in Chicago. Fee was $400 USD.

—Copy of Driver’s License for proof of current residence

—Copy of Bank statement with amount, name, and date (must have at least $500K Thb)

—Copy of Doctor’s Appointment from Bangkok Hospital (Thai soft power)

We shall see….fingers crossed 😊

Unfortunately looks like you can’t apply online from all those listed countries as when I choose laos for example doesn’t give me The Royal Thai Embassy option(it says choose somewhere else) as i need to book appointment directly to embassy to apply i think.. 🤔

 Laos, nor any nearby country, is on the evisa system. You need to travel to them and visit the consulate in person. Even on the evisa system you need to be in the country you choose

 I have redacted them on some Visa in the past. If I recall correctly, bank info was required during the first country opening when covid policies were in place.

I doubt it is an issue, and with all the bank fraud people should be careful.
