Hello i have a query:

I have got a tourist thai visa with 90 days validity.. i am afraid for some personal reasons i can't admit into Thailand this time before my visa expires.

Will there be any problem if I don't use this visa and apply for new one in future?

Is there any process i should follow?

No official source. But buying a visa does not force you to travel. You can have some personal circumstances why you have to postpone the travel and buy a new visa.
