hello and thanks for the fast joining :) 

I am on covid visa since oct. 2021 and a new extension is denied until I have flight out of the kingdom. 

My question is, if I fly out of thailand, lets say to Laos, can I go to the thai embassy right away to get a new tourist visa or is there some waiting time, like you have wait two weeks until you can get make a new visa application?

So book a flight out and go back get the extension and cancel it, (it's not rocket surgery or brain science 😛 ) They're wanting to see that you're going to leave in 60 days.

NOPE, you cannot just fly in to the Lao city of Vientiane, show up at the consulate and BUY a tourist visa 🙁

You need to make an appointment before you go to apply or you can't get in the gate, and you need to meet the requirements to apply or they won't accept your application.

thanks for the informations. thats why I asked because I needed to know how long it may take to get a new visa. Didnt know yu need an appointment there, thx for the online link. I know its risky to just leave and want to go right back, but I try it. With the appointment and the approval I guess I will be two weeks away anyway, so maybe I am lucky.
