Hi everyone. I'm in Hanoi for a visa run and I went to the embassy today and the lady behind the counter said that I cannot apply for a tourist visa  and that I have to go back to my country to apply for it. Is this true? Has anybody else successfully applied for a tourist visa in Hanoi lately?
