What should I do if I can't select counter K while trying to extend my visa exemption in Thailand?

I have to go back on the 9th to close the loop at MTT (extend my visa exemption).  Need to make an apt, the website no longer has counter K as an option.  What should I do?

posted they could access it I just tried too and now counter K comes up on my PC too :) :O

There are appointments either in the morning or afternoon Both tomorrow and wednesday :O :/

Counter K comes up on my iPad

I'm using Blisk (a web browser that emulates lots of different devices).

Counter K comes up on Firefox, or whatever the default engine is.

Counter K also comes up on an emulated version of iPhone 6s

Not much that can really be done. I tried two different browsers and neither show section K :(

Same problem I had. One officer said, if you're doing it from a movie phone, that on IPhone it works but not on Android. There was a lot of ppl presenting the sane situation when I was there and the officer was the one who actually did it on his mobile and we just took a picture of it.

yeah it sure does. My case was, when I went back on Nov 30 and had no online booking, I was asked to scan and do the booking right there and when I showed them that the counter K weren't in the options, one officer said to chose the TR option for now "just to get a booking anyways" when I come back the day after. I was already skeptical about was assured it was okay. Next day come and they said I booked the wrong counter 😡. Tried explaining said it was one of their own that adviced me and that when the "look away and maybe he'd go away" treatment started

not much you can really do. Just go back on the 9th show the under consideration stamp and maybe make a screen shot showing you can't select counter K anymore.
