For any of the online 90 day reporting to work you have to have filed one 90 day report in person, have to be applying within 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date AND have to be using an immigration office that allows 90 day online reporting.

Did you do a first time 90 day report at the Immigration Office? Try another browser, make sure the pop up blocker is dis abled.

Not much to elaborate, open the link, scroll down to the bottom, tick the box you have read it and fill in the questions. You can only use this service between 14 and 7 days before your due date
