Type O visa, Thai wife, new USA passport, CW filing, living in BKK.
I am waiting for approval for my new extension of stay. It's the 1 month under consideration waiting time presently and going back to CW for that Feb 3.
When I went in to file my extension of stay papers and have my stamps transferred to my new passport (old one was expiring and thanks again for the advice on that!) my 90 report was already at CW via EMS.
Finally received the new 90 day today by mail (takes almost a month round trip) and checked my paperwork for that 90 day filing and I had used my old passport number which was still valid at that time.
So, this made me wonder. Come April when my next 90 day is due, can I file the 90 day via mail/online using the new passport number?
Checking past posts, there was this one but the OP doesn't mention if his new passport number was different or not. [members only]
TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they can submit their next 90-day report in Thailand online using their new passport number, following the recent transition from an old passport which was still valid at the time of their last report. They are currently under consideration for a one-year extension of stay linked to their Thai spouse and awaiting approval for their new extension.

. I will ask the IO FWIW Feb 3 and if EMS will get it done w/o a separate trip, then I'm all for that. Haven't tried the "new" 90 day reporting site yet and only got the old one to work once lol.
