What should I do if I can't access my account for the online 90-day report in Thailand?

Online 90 day report...I am registered successfully from a previous effort, but when I enter my email and password it is not accepting it. When I try to use the forgot my password function, it asked me for a username and my email, but I don't know my username. And I don't see any place to click if you forgot your username. Or where to get help either. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues accessing their account for the online 90-day report, as their email and password are not being accepted. They are unable to retrieve their username necessary for the password reset process. A comment suggests confirming whether they are using the new or old site, indicating that registration on the old site does not transfer to the new site.

Are you trying to use the new site or the old site? If you registered for the old site only then you don't have an account on the new site and have to register again.

I think around 3-6 months ago. I've never used it so I'm not sure but you can probably find more information if you use the search feature.

I definitely was registered on the new system

both systems are still up and running. If you registered for one system and not the other then try to use the other one, you won't have an account.

it's always so complicated I think in the end I have to go to the immigration office instead, I just got lucky that it worked for me last time

you can go in person 14 days before your due date until 7 days after.
