I am applying for my Dtv in Vietnam, in order to show the 500,000 baht you need to upload bank statements. The last 5 months are available however, I cannot access my bank statement for March 2025 until the end of the month. The intended date of arrival into Thailand is the 6th of April, therefore this does not give me enough time to recieve my March statement, aswel as upload the documents and have the documents checked. The 500,000 baht was moved from a savings account into my main bank account in March 2025, therefore my February 2025 statement does not show the 500,000 baht. I have provided a pdf download from my online banking app home page, and my Internet banking login home page. This is where you can see evidence of over 500,000 Thai baht in my account but it is not a bank statement just a screenshot turned I to a PDF. In my previous statements you can also see small incomes received from my NHS employment, which I still am contracted to do online-(NHSPROFESSIONALS). You can see my name in both of these uploads as well as my sort code and account number correlating them to the same bank account. Is this something that would cause my visa to be denied, or would they ask for more evidence. I am applying for soft power DTV

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing challenges in providing proof of 500,000 baht for their DTV visa application to Thailand due to unavailability of their March bank statement before their planned arrival on April 6th. The user has transferred the necessary funds into their main account but can't access the statement in time. They provided alternate evidence through screenshots of their online banking. Community comments suggest checking with the bank for a Year-To-Date (YTD) statement, considering postponing the travel date, or ensuring that they submit the application only when they can present valid proof of their funds.

See the Embassy website ( or search the group )for how long you have to show the money has been in the bank.

The current balance is the most important, so you should not apply without that.

Don’t apply if you can’t wait the length of the visa to be processed, before you going to Thailand.

May lead to rejection and you will loose the 10.000 baht visa fee.

Are you able to take an account snapshot or request your bank to? That’s what I did

you can ask your bank directly to send you a YTD statement for the entire tax year. I'm sure they will do it for tax reporting purposes

Why can’t you push your arrival back?
