If you do have a family here in Thailand try getting an extension on Non O but on family support.

If you got that visa based on having a half thai child (born out of wedlock) the ONLY way you could get an extension on it (other than the 60 day visit thai family extension) would be to have gone thru family court and gotten granted legal parental rights as the father.
