So... where to begin here. My god what a horrible experience with the Thai embassy in the Hague!

Nobody never attend the calls. I did call them 100 times never ever someone picked up.

When asked question for the DTV soft no one ever gives conreet answers! They just say: check the site. Or an copied automatic message.

All required documents I delivered as of most important:

Proof of funds last 3 months

Proof of funds of the actual day of today.

When asked why its rejected nobody answers.

What a big headache pfff

I did 5 borderruns in 2025, this is the issue?

Someone have experience with the embassy in The Hague?

You need to call 101 times not 100 !

Which Muay Thai gym? Did you get proper paperwork from the gym. Did you pay for the for the course and supplied payment confirmation with your application?

I was going to do it in NL last year as well. Tried to call them for 3 weeks (!!) to ask a simple question, and they only answered once, telling me to send an email, to which they never responded😂.

After that I decided not to waste my time anymore and do it in NL, so I just flew to Bali and did it there without any hassle.

5 border runs show you were living in thailand on the wrong visa. how many 30 day extensions did you get ?

The hard truth is they don’t have to give you the reason. And more often than not they don’t. Thats not just in NL. Goes for all embassies. They are under no obligation to explain. Its just how it is

5 border runs 2025 is not a reason for rejection, it explains why you want the DTV. Did you try contacting them via social media accounts? That often works better than email/phone.

Helpful answer. Ruled out one possible reason for rejection. I'd agree don't give up at this point. Try alternative means of contact as already suggested.

3 months of salary slides

3 months of fund prove

Prove of funds of the day i supplied the application

Total muay thai soft power proof

Pasfoto

Flight tickets

Actual adress in the netherlands

All that was asked i delivered. I can understand if something is wrong or need to correct something, but to ask for assistens and not get any response when called, or a proper question when mailed and then loose youre 350€ is really frustrating

Did you apply under nomad or soft power? What documents did you supply for this? Funds in a savings/checking account? not business account, not some other random type of account?
