So, what should I do?
1) I entered Thailand via Mae Sai border last week and the officer stamped me in on my "Exemptions" page and not on the Visa page (even though i presented him my passport opened to a correct page with plenty of space)
2) My passport is nearly full and I want to apply for a new one (US Citizen) while here in Chiang Mai.
So.... do i need to have Thai immigration "fix" anything with my stamp before I present my passport to the US Consulate?
Bonus Question: What's the process, anything of note when applying for a new US passport in cnx?
