Some advice please , my extension OA expires 11th July 2020, Immigration told me to leave the country 9th July and return 12th July some Months ago to Obtain an O Visa as i already have my own private health insurance and do not want the Thai Health Insurance.

Question if i apply 12th July for a Marriage Visa or O Visa Extension because my OA has expired?

Will this Amnesty continue my OA Visa until 31st July.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on what to do after their OA visa expires on July 11, 2020. They are considering applying for either a Marriage Visa or an O Visa Extension on July 12, 2020. Community comments advise against applying for any visa if the OA is expired and suggest changing the reason for extension directly at immigration. There's also uncertainty about the possibility of leaving and returning to Thailand due to border restrictions.

Do not fool with the amnesty, you don't need to leave the country and get a new entry to apply for an O visa just GO to the immigration office and CHANGE THE REASON for your next extension to one being based on marriage to a thai instead of being over 50 (retirement)

Noone knows if you can leave 9th July and return 12th July yet. There is NO borders open or indication of borders reopening.

You wouldn't apply for ANY visa :( IF your current extension on your O-A visa based on being over 50 (retirement) is going to run out, GO before it runs out and apply for a new yearly extesion based on marriage to a thai. You only need to show the 400K baht in the bank AND there is no mandatory insurance on marriage extensions
