I have now an extention on my O visa retirement. On 8 june i have to renew my extention but now i want to do it on base of marriedge. Can i do this

all you are doing is changing the reason for your extension to one based on retirement (being over 50) to one based on marriage to a thai.

Go to your immigration office and get the hand out that lists the required documentation to get an extension based on marriage.

When this extension comes up, apply for the new one based on marriage to a thai.
