TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the Certificate of Entry (COE) for Thailand, one inquiry is about how to provide a Thai address and phone number if the applicant is not currently in Thailand. Several suggestions were made in the comments, including using the address of the accommodation booked for the stay (such as an apartment or ASQ hotel). It was noted that some individuals may choose to enter the address of a motel they intend to stay at or leave that section blank, as it may not be mandatory for everyone. Additionally, the importance of providing a phone number associated with the selected accommodation was emphasized, although one person mentioned they wouldn't know their local number until they obtained a SIM card in Thailand.

You dont need to fill it. It's not obligation. I think that is for people who is residence there or other matter.

In the stv visa you're obligated to book and pay for the 90 days place so I just put the apartment I rent address.
