I have a rather major problem, though I think and hope it can be solved: starting August 1st, the bank is going to suspend my account because I don't have the right visa to keep it open: I only have a standard tourist visa. I originally opened the account in 2006 with a work visa and work permit. I receive monthly rental income from properties I own abroad. How can I continue to receive those funds? I can't use Revolut; I’ve considered asking my sister to open an account in my name, since she holds power of attorney to do so. Thanks to anyone who can offer advice.

Like many other says : start a bankaccount in your country of origin. Why should you have a thaiaccount when you have tenants paying from abroad? Unless its from Thailand the tenants are from. Do it right and you dont have any problem 😊

Open a bank account in your country of citizenship. Have your tenants pay you there, at your home bank. When traveling, use your home bank ATM, credit card, etc. You have rights in the country where you are a citizen of. Elsewhere, maybe...
