What options do I have for my son's education visa and my husband's guardian visa in Thailand?
Hi! I am on a DTV visa, approved last September in HCMH, but my son and husband are currently on an education visa and guardian visa, respectively, through our son's school enrollment. Their visas expire in July and we are undecided between switching them to DTV dependant visas or renewing their current education and guardian visas. Does anyone know an agent who we can talk to who could potentially help with the education and guardian visa renewals if that is the route we decide to go?

If your son under 20 he can follow you by DTV visa. Husband can follow anytime

One thing to check is if your son's school requires him to be on an ED visa or if they're happy for him to be on a DTV
