DTV 90-day renewal for dependents?

Hi there, I am the primary DTV holder, and my wife and daughter are my dependent DTV holders. We entered the Kingdom in August 29 which makes our 90-day check-in due next week.

However, I left for a 1-week work trip last month and arrived back in Thailand on October 27. They stayed in Thailand.

Do I still have to process my wife and daughter's 90-day check-in, and if yes — does it have to be in person? Thank you kap 🙏🏼

TLDR : Answer Summary
The dependents of a DTV holder must report their 90-day check-in in person if they remain in Thailand, even if the primary holder has left the country temporarily. The 90-day period continues from the entry date, and while there is some flexibility, the dependents should complete this process to comply with visa regulations.

They have to do while they are 90 consecutive days in the country.

It has to be in person, but you can do for them if you want.

Its a location/ address report not a renewal.

Anyone that is in the country for 90 days has to report. So yes.

Yours has reset day 1 is October 27.

In person - you've left it too late to send by mail

Yes, if they haven't left Thailand yet they will need to report in-person. You don't need to do so.
