Hi all, we are trying to decide which visa is best for our situation. My husband owns a company in the US and will be working remotely. His clientele is 100% American. My son will be attending an international school for his last three years of HS, so he will be on an education visa. I'm planning to not work for at least the first year of moving. Should we get a Guardian visa or a DTV?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses visa options for a family moving to Thailand, where the husband will work remotely for a US company, while their son will attend an international school on an education visa. The discussion suggests that the husband should apply for a Digital Work Visa (DTV) to comply with legal requirements, while the wife could consider a Guardian visa or a DTV as a spouse, given her plan not to work initially.

Husband should get a DTV based upon his online work to be fully compliant with law. Unsure which is best for you and dont know if guardian or dependent on DTV is easier hopefully someone else can answer that
