Hey, I am currently on a 6 month multi entry visa that expired in June and went on Amnesty. I did one extention before the pandamic, normaly I should do a second but I went on Amnesty. I need to get a non b visa now, as I have a job and work permit ready for me when I have the non b visa. Its impossible for me to return to my home country so I would like to know what options I have to extend my stay until I can get a non b visa. Thank you

And we are not going to play the game, there are reports it is possible and there are reports it is not possible,

According the the Immigration act it is not possible, those who like to play games, should know the risk they take,

As you use the amnesty, you can not convert this into a Non Immigrant B visa.

I"ve no idea about your home country, but I advice you to contact your Embassy to find options.
