Just got a re-entry permit on my non-o, i get back here on the 12th June roughly. I just want to confirm do i just need to come back prior to the 28th and I'll get a further 90 days OR the visa is only valid until the 28th? My Thai isn't that good that I understood them when they explained it & they're English was as good as my Thai.. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the validity of their non-O visa after obtaining a re-entry permit, specifically whether returning before a certain date would grant them an additional 90 days or if the visa was only valid until that date. Comments clarified that the user must return before their admitted stay date (28th June) to maintain their current visa status.

, I have no idea what you're talking about.

You have to get back before your admitted to stay date and you will get on return the same last day as your current admitted to stay date, It seems in this case to be 28 Jun 2018.

If you apply for Extension of Stay based on marriage you will get first a 30 day under consideration stamp, than you go back to Immigration to get an 11 month Extension of Stay, this makes a total of 12 months

Was afraid that was the case. Now if i apply for a year extention based on marriage prior to the 28th, they say it takes 3-4 weeks. If they are processing the application during the visa expiry date how does that work?
